⚠️ OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
- 👶 Children Supervision: CHILDREN MUST ALWAYS BE SUPERVISED in the pool area, hot tub, and near the grill. Guardians take full responsibility and release hosts from liability.
- 🚫 No Glass: Glassware is prohibited in the pool area. Use provided plastic drinkware and plates. Broken glass will incur an additional cleaning fee.
- 🅿️ Parking: Street parking prohibited. Two spots are available in the driveway.
- 🧴 Towels: Do not use bath towels or washcloths to remove makeup. Black washcloths for makeup removal are provided.
- 📹 Security Cameras: Exterior cameras at front door, corners, west side, back shed (partially covering pool deck). Footage reviewed only for incidents/complaints. Tampering prohibited.
- 🔊 Noise & Neighbors: Be respectful. Excessive noise may result in immediate dismissal without refund.
- 💥 Damages: Guests responsible for any damage and charged for repair/replacement.
