⚠️ OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
- 👶 Children Supervision: CHILDREN MUST ALWAYS BE SUPERVISED in the pool area, hot tub, and near the grill. Guardians take full responsibility and release hosts from liability.
- 🚫 No Glass: Glassware is prohibited in the pool area. Use provided plastic drinkware and plates. Broken glass will incur an additional cleaning fee.
- 🅿️ Parking: Street parking prohibited. Two spots are available in the driveway.
- 🧴 Towels: Do not use bath towels or washcloths to remove makeup. Black washcloths for makeup removal are provided.
- 📹 Security Cameras: Exterior cameras are located at the front door, front corners, west gate, east gate, and back shed (partially covering the pool deck). Footage is reviewed only in the event of an incident or complaint, ensuring privacy. Tampering is prohibited.
- 🔊 Noise & Neighbors: Be respectful. Excessive noise may result in immediate dismissal without refund.
- 💥 Damages: Guests responsible for any damage and charged for repair/replacement.
